TK Maxx AT Reviews 

There is a staff member at the Romford store called Carolina who is so rude to other staff members! I saw it first hand and have written a complaint awaiting to hear back from their customer service.

I returned an order I bought online to the store in bristol on the 15th of November 2022.

They have simply refused to send me back my refund even though it was an in store return.

I have waited for over 14 working day as there policy stipulated and it's been back and forth with the customer service (TJX). Its almost a month now

The order number for this returned item is 29678040 in case someone decides to do their job for a change.

Ordered items online to be delivered to shop, delivery company failed to deliver, contacted customer support via phone were absolutely useless, told me to contact shop and deal with it with them. I did and contacted delivery company. My item is on its way back to tk maxx slowly, in the meantime no contact from them and no refund as of yet, very poor.

Normally I would be giving 5 stars, shopping is so good and good savings, but my shopping today I spent £75 and on the way out , I saw a Santa and it was £12.99 and it was damaged and not another one available, I saw an assistant told her I would like this but it is damaged, she replied well you can have it for £10, so I said I would offer £5, she replied it is already discounted so £10 is what it is, so I declined. I then saw it go off to the rear off store to be binned one sale lost, come on TK max use common sense make a sale and don’t bin the item

I love going to TKMaxx but today I was less than pleased with the staff member behind the till. I strugled to lift my basket of items on the counter and she was abrupt and 'tutted'me! Even when I made a joke about my height and short arms being the problem.

Had a query about two identical items priced differently. Manager Faisal and cashier Godwin at the Kingston Branch sorted out the issue brilliantly. Great staff-customer relations. Thank you both

Ordered Jacket which came later than 5 working days whilst I was away so returned this item but ended up costing me postage which to maxx didn’t refund. If it is an online shopping service where we have to pay delivery then to maxx should refund delivery costs too. Will not use again

I ordered some shoes from Tkmaxx , whilst the size 6.5 ordered arrived the actual label was stuck inside what was more liken to a size 4.5 .
However it was my responsibility to pay at my cost for returning the package or a 40 miles round trip to the nearest store. Disgusting service. I gave a one star as its the lowest.

Overcharging. The prices are extremely high. The designer clothing is old season. Some clothes have still original tag. And TkMaxx price tag is higher then the original price. Yoox shopping site sells luxury designer clothing much cheaper.

Today I have tried to do some shopping at Brent Cross Tk Maxx (London),I came a cross with Disgusting customer service,which ruined my shopping!I feel upset ,because I’m your customers nearly 10 years!I picked up 8 winter coats to try them on,as you know,you need to try them on because in Tk Maxx they sell different size.So,stuff come and speak rude with me,saying to me that I’m in the way.I come to onother side of shop and was same situation.Same situation was 3 times in 10 minutes.I explained that I was thinking to buy today minimum 3 coats and I was thinking to spend today about 700 pounds,but I see no understanding from customer service,and girls was still rude.They ruined all my shopping experience in Tx Maxx,I feel anxious to go back.Very disappointing experience,and my anxiety is on all day today.

As usual me and my husband went to check tkmax in Bournemouth towncentre. I've been checking the collection of the books, put them together and try to check if they will look nice if I buy them. My husband noticed that member of staff straight away came to rearrange it again like I've done something wrong by checking it. Not very polite and will not buy there again. Thanks.

Good shop to find items not readily available and some nice staff but prices are not as good as used to be, always worth checking out what's in stock.

Today I was at the TkMAX at the Crawley Industry park, was so impressed with the young man who severed me. He informed me that he was very new at the tills and apologized beforehand that he may be a little slower ringing the items in. I think his name was Almad . Hope I has his name right as he was so amazing. I even made a comment to I believe his manager at the time. He was sooo polite and smiled even though he worried about his speed to ring items though. Wish more were like this although most of this branch is always polite. Simply made my day and hope he is kept on the tills. Loved our chat about Canada ! What a great way to end our shopping trip!

The online service is very poor!!!

As a regular customer of TK Maxx, I recently bought kitchen wear online. The box arrived that wasn't strong enough, and it didn't have the warning notice to say it contains the glasswear. When I opened the box, it used fancy paper to wrap the China, how poor. Even the ebay seller knows to use the bubble wrap for the delicate items. As a result, two of my items were broken.

When I tried to contact them, it was nightmare. They only have the online email enquiry available, when I wrote my enquiry, I hadn't even heard back from them. I contacted the phone line, the line is closed! Yes the 01923473561 as they listed on the website. I tried to chat with their online customer service, it went to a bot, and the bot asked so many details then it was ' Thank you for using TKmaxx service, you have a nice day' The conversation was ended just like that.

If it is not TK Maxx, I will definitely think it is con company operate it. My problem still have not been able to solve it

Visiting TK Max Orpington today, and received great , friendly service from Romeo. He was very kind helping me carry a coffee table to my car and loading it in the boot for me. such a nice person.

If I can give a 0 i would, I purchased a £280 handbag and i received the bag with a damaged and no dust bag! Please be aware lots of the items was scum! They’re just ruined your day! You will be disappointed because they will not give you the standard of the quality of the item that you want.

John in the fitting rooms was supper friendly and went out his way trying to help me find the barcode although it wasn’t working.

Staff at Hermiston gate never fail to impress..always efficient and friendly..credit to company..
