Beware of the Fraud!

Beware of the Fraud!
I ordered medicine (order no. 870779) and paid online. However, the company shipped the package with cash on delivery (COD) option. Since the company does not any phone number listed on website, I emailed them about the issue. Prompt came a reply asking me to pay on delivery and assured a refund. They even asked for my UPIID. Since i needed the medicines, I paid for delivery and emailed them requesting a refund. Since there is no phone support, I have written several emails since then about the refund but there has been no response.
