they cannot deliver a parcel!!!

I bought online some items in one order. some boxes came in a week but last parcel has not arrived yet after a month. today they say operational delays!!! They only have useless AI and impossible to speak with customer services. Clearly this company does not work.

Terrible organization.
parcel not to be traced and information we are not avialable at our address, which is not true, as we are.
no contact possible and only telephone contact with a computer annimation.
incredible that anyone will ship parcels with TNT

marked as nobody at home, but i was

package supposed to arrive on friday: TNT says that nobody was at home - but i was. on monday the package is delivered. i asked the guy if he passed on friday, of course he said no, but someone else probably did. i told him they marked it as "nobody at home" and he said "you probably didn't pick a call", but i double checked and there was no call.

lazy lying people should be fired.

Even one star is not worth it

Even one star is not worth it. Terrible experience, the drivers never come and pick up your parcels and then send you some random message that we didn’t find you home. 2 times tried to organize with them a return shipment to Italy but it looked like we were trying to save the whole world from famine that’s how difficult is to work with them. More than 3 times on the label the info was not correct and infos were missing even though I was telling them word for word what to write.

Worst delivery service in human history

Same problem as everyone else, they never deliver packages and insist that the address is wrong while never even trying to assist. This company should be looked at by the police because they are scamming people out of their deliveries.

FORGET IT !!!!!!
TNT will not deliver . start asking Amazon for a refund.
for 2 weeks this cuorier played the run around with us with a parcel that was ordered from Amazon and cost close to 200 euro. after phone calls, waist of time and energy we gave up and got a refund.
there now the worst of them all, stay clear of them

AVOID TNT AT ALL COSTS – FRAUDULENT AND INCOMPETENT!

TNT is an absolute disgrace of a courier service. I ordered a package that they were supposed to deliver, but it NEVER arrived. Instead, they decided to forge my signature, marking it as “delivered.” How is this even remotely legal?! I’ve never laid eyes on the package in real life, yet they had the nerve to falsify records as if I received it.

When I discovered this fraud, I immediately filed complaints, expecting them to take accountability. Instead, I was met with silence. TNT hasn’t responded to me at all. Worse still, they are LYING to the company I ordered from, claiming they’ve contacted me, which they absolutely have NOT—I have proof.

Their customer service is non-existent. I’ve wasted countless hours trying to get answers, only to be met with excuses, negligence, and outright lies. They’ve left me stuck between them and the company I ordered from, neither of which seems remotely interested in solving the issue.

TNT’s incompetence and fraudulent practices are beyond infuriating. They take your money, lose your parcel, and then cover it up with fake signatures and blatant dishonesty. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a letter, let alone something valuable.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay as far away from TNT as possible. ZERO STARS!

This is rediclus just wasting time every time you only say lie to your customers keep saying the driver unable to come in or the door was close why you make the customers down if you can’t do the job close this dirty business

Do not use this company - even for a simple/short delivery

Do not use this company, even for a simple delivery 2 hours away, if you need something delivered on time!

They did not collect my package on the agreed date. They attempted the collection 5 days later! Because i needed the package for work i had to hire a car to collect and deliver the package myself at a cost of 300 euros, 4 hours driving and many hours re-organising my plans.

I got lots of lovely apologies from customer services and repeated notifications of further delays to the collection, but at no point did anyone even attempt to resolve my many email queries and concerns. They were simply ignored.

They have agreed to provide a refund for the 25 euro delivery fee but this clearly doesn't cover me for the losses i have incurred. It doesn't even provide for the USD100 liability limit stated in their terms and conditions.

Hopeless service.
Could not find my address, even after explicit instructions were given both in writing and orally.
The drivers wander about the countryside without GPS or maps.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. They refuse to deliver but lie in their tracking to say that the item was undeliverable. I didn't receive any phone call, work from home and know 100% there was no delivery attempt made. This has happened several times with Amazon orders that used this company. It is clearly a trend and they are obviously in no way customer service oriented or even wanting to perform the task they are hired to do. You are literally a delivery company that does not deliver. I wasn't surprised to see over 4700 reviews with an overall 1 star rating. Shame.

Pisspoor

Pisspoor website which doesn't have a clear way to reprogram your delivery. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to do it, and even then it's not clear if I have correctly done it or not. Their app has nothing useful in it either and the language cannot be changed from Italian.
