DO NOT USE! SCAMMERS - Seems like I have lost $1k from this company.
I ordered from them with the promise they will send me the order within a week because of a tight scheduled order I needed ready. I tried to follow up, and nothing... have barely heard a word other than an automated email response that they had to temporarily packed up shop because of insurance issues with their landlord. I have called and emailed on so many occasions and requesting an immediate refund and still.... silence. The only conversation I had with one unhelpful person whom was answering the mobile number they had on their website, was 'I'm having a few days off, I'm not calling the office, I don't want to call the office' I even advised I just need a different number or need him to get someone to call because I don't have a few days.. he simply couldn't care less. He also refused to answers calls from myself and my husband during this time and now the number has been removed from the website.
Disgraceful customer service, if that is what you would call it. Only use if you want to get your money stolen from you!

This company is a SCAM!!! Please don’t read the fake positive reviews! These people took my money and never got back to me. It’s been almost 2.5 months and still my table legs have not arrived and I have heard nothing!! They are scammers !!!!

We needed 4 legs urgently for a function and Tofdesign fabricated them for us in 4 days with no extra cost.

My order was placed 20/04/2019 with advice that it would take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Due to public holidays around the time of order, I waited and allowed for extra time before following up. I started follow up communication 02/06/2019. An email, website form and two Facebook messages were sent a week apart from one another. No reply. After publicly posting on their Facebook page, I received an email reply. The legs were shipped 03/07/2019 and arrived without damage a week later. The quality of the work is okay, but the powder coating is very rough on some surfaces, and is under applied in the inner corners.

I purchased table legs from TOFdesign. They took 7 weeks to arrive, I was not sure they ever would as the communication was unclear. They arrived in bubble wrap only and damaged (several large paint chips and one slightly warped). They would not refund, only fix/replace them but I would have to pay the shipping both ways. The website looks professional but the customer experience has been quite the opposite. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
