Mr Mamood was told my consultation would be covered, and still proceeded to try and charge me for the consultation.

This had to be resolved by referring me to another dentist in the practice all because of his ignorance.

The New dentist who replaced fanny is fantastic kept me very calm and reassuring me all the time I don't think I would have had those fillings without her thank you

I was greeted by a smiling helpful receptionist and dentist Anisa and her dental nurse were very polite and gave me reassurance as I am a nervous patient.

Reception staff were great, and the place is very efficient. The technician that I saw was a little brusque and I had some difficulties understanding him, and die to the brusqueness, I was a bit reluctant to ask him to repeat. That said, I've booked in for a check up, so would recommend.

Dentist was thorough and informative and I was seen on time.

Appointment time 12pm wasn't seen until 12.30. I made it very clear when making the appointment that I could not use the stairs so therefore need to be seen downstairs, was not noted so had to repeat. This is the second time of my check up where my teeth were not cleaned. Booked another appointment for following week for a clean and was charged for band 2 and paid upfront. I gave 3 stars as the dentist and front staff are polite but need to be more organised for patients in need and to be charged for band 2 doesn't seem to be right and feel I have been overcharged.

I attended Sheringham Together for a check up yesterday. I was most impressed with the professionalism of my dentist, so thorough, kind and sensitive. I had one filling, having had my gum numbed and didn’t feel anything during the procedure. I have another appointment in October for a second filling.
I thoroughly recommend ‘Together’ and J puthuppattu. Thank you.

The staff nurse who removed the teeth for Abdulmajeed was great, patient, attentive, and friendly.
