I have been pleased with both Ryan the Dentist and Kelsey the Hygienist during my visit for my 6 monthly check up. It was carried out efficiently and thoroughly. However, I did find that one of the younger receptionists needed further training - she did not check first regarding payment before asking (as I am with Denplan). There was an emergency whilst I was waiting and was told about via the hygienist. The receptionist phoned me whilst I was sitting in the waiting area. This has let the professionalism of the dentist down somewhat.

This time the dentist looked into my dentures properly and found the cause of discomfort and poor fitting
I wish it was looked into properly before so many months of pain and poor fitting and so many times to apply fixing gel every maximum three hours and problem with eating all times

I was initially disappointed upon learning that my usual dentist was unavailable but Alisha (apologies if incorrect spelling) was very competent and engaging. Explained everything and so professional throughout the procedure.

Efficient friendly helpful

I am a fairly new customer of this Daventry practice and i have felt comfortable, at ease and welcomed. Knowing how anxious and upset i get when i have to go to the dentist, i have been made to feel relaxed and safe. This means everything to me as i suffer greatly with anxiety.

Both myself and my wife went for our check ups, the new dentist was very nice, thorough examination, and done a filling that was required. No come back for further treatment. Very good service.

I was met on time and was met and directed to the room for my appointment.

The treatment was completed without fuss and was very professional.

The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly, and all the staff who assisted me were amazing, professional and really put me at ease.

I was seen quickly without having to wait a long time and the service was excellent from start to finish. Really satisfied - highly recommend!

Got an urgent appointment a few days after I chipped a tooth. The dentist used a band around my tooth that didn't require a painkilling injection. I had no pain while the dentist was sorting out the filling. I appreciated the new procedure.
