My daughter is autistic and trips to the dentist have been stressful in the past, Lisa on reception was understanding and gave us the option of waiting outside if this would have suited us better and she would have come to find us for our appointment. We didn’t need to on this occasion but to have someone so understanding was really lovely!
The dentist my daughter saw was Armel Zebaze and he was also understanding and made the appointment no pressure and a positive experience for us all, I’m sure this approach will mean my daughter’s confidence will improve with each visit!

Improvement: appointment started 10min later than scheduled. Can improve on time keeping.

Dr given good advice what products to use to keep my gum healthy and how to look after my gums.

As usual excellent service, best dental practice in Ashford.

Staff always professional and efficient.
Treatment - likewise.

We had a check up and I needed a filling but my wife just needed a clean, so the following week our dentist put me at ease and did the filling no injection needed really good, the clean went well and he gave us some good advise on how to look after our teeth and receding gums.

Took all the family for inspection. Minor jobs done on the spot. Always a good service.

Excellent professional service

I am so glad that I changed to this dental surgery a few years ago- it’s the best I have ever experienced with friendly staff and a comfortable waiting room. I have just had two sessions to prepare and fit a crown on a broken tooth and the whole procedure was completely painless (and used a new technology which didn’t involve the making of impressions). I always feel that I am in safe hands with Dr Slav.

Just wanted to say the dentist i saw for emergency appointment was absolutely lovely and put me at ease, then a few days later I had to go back as I was still in pain, sorted the problem and said I can go back any time if I need to. Considering im nervous the dentist was extremely kind even apologised when it hurt me only due to I had a abcess and infection, even took my tooth out didnt feel a thing ,

Short wait to be seen, the dentist I saw was very pleasant and dealt with my problem efficiently and in a friendly manner.

I had a denture fitted and it was perfect really pleased with this dental surgery the best move I made was joining this dentist everyone there is wonderful

Very disappointed. Was booked into have a filling and saw somebody who apparently was not even a qualified dentist. She wanted to “watch and see” although she did say she would do the filling if I really wanted. I really wanted that tooth filled as it hurts when I eat on it. She tapped on ut and said well does that hurt and I said no but I repeated it hursts when I am eating food. I agreed to leave it and have booked anither appointment with acqualified dentust.

They are always good quick no more waiting time but extremely expensive
