Honestly I was REALLY worried about having my lower back wisdom tooth removed however I had no need.

Firstly, the receptionist was really kind on the phone and was really helpful and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She explained the procedure in great detail and really put my mind at ease.

Secondly was the procedure itself. I need to apologise because I can’t remember the names of the two amazing lady’s who did the surgery! Sorry! However, they were honestly amazing. Explained exactly what they were going to do. The injections didn't really hurt to numb me up and the whole thing was done in 25 mins! It wasn’t a simple extraction either but it was done with absolute professionalism, explanation at every stage, real care and some even managed to have some jokes too! The recovery process was explained well and the aftercare has been amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish all NHS care was completed with this level of transparency, efficiency and kindness. 10/10. Thank you. Keep doing this amazing work! Be well!

I arrived at the dentist, receptionist was very friendly with a very relaxed atmosphere. I am not a resident patient with this practice, just booked in to have two teeth extracted. I did enquire if they had places for NHS patients but sadly there isn’t any available. Amazing service from all staff.

On my arrival I was greeted by lovely staff with great communication and patient care skills ! on booking in , I saw my Dentist within minutes of arrival !
My Dentist was empathetic and very caring regarding my situation !
