I recently spoke with Dr Pooja Capoor regarding treatment for my son. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful, professional and reassuring throughout.

Whilst I appreciate that as an NHS patient I am less financially beneficial to the company it did make me feel like a second class citizen.
Had not been in 9 months as I had to cancel an appointment due to having a hip replacement op. I rebooked but 2 appointments were cancelled by the surgery. I attended yesterday and had a consultation which only lasted about 5 minutes and told to rebook in 9 months time. I asked about a hygiene clean but was told I could only have that done privately and to discuss it at my next appointment in 9 months time. Am very disappointed but what can I do. The dentist who saw me was very polite.

Dr Fan did a very good job with my tooth extraction. It was quicker than I expected and no pain. He explained how to care for it and I haven't had any problems besides the pain which eventually went away. He made sure I was ok during the procedure and I'm grateful for this. Thank you

I cannot praise Benjamin enough. He and his assistants make a nervous patient like me far less anxious. An excellent dentist.
