My appointment was on time and I was made to feel at ease throughout my visit.
My hygienist explained what she was going to be doing beforehand and as she carried out the necessary treatment.
All in all a good experience.

Sam and his nurse Bella always make us feel relaxed. All the staff are polite and efficient.

I received reminders twice before the appointment. Staff were welcoming. Dentist was knowledgeable and informative-very reassuring. Booking the next visit was easy and I got email and paper confirmations. Very good reliable service by a very friendly dentist group.

Always a lovely service from Lisa and girls on reception. All in all, an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this practice if you have any dental problems, as they are an excellent practice.

Twice had an appointment booked and twice been sent away 1 min before appointment while sat in the waiting room.
Even after calling an hour before appointment to make sure I should still come. Horrendous service from the dentist and to add nothing to do with the receptionists either although the dentist blamed them for having to cancel.
Recommend going and spending your money with a different dentist

Visited recently for extraction following diagnosis of an infected tooth which was causing facial swelling. Initial appointment within hours of ringing.
Receptionists nearly always answer promptly and are extremely helpful. Have been using them for well over ten years and would recommend.

Dr Stoyan is an amazing dentist, highly skilled and professional.

The only negative comment is that parking on street nearby can be difficult

After having an emergency appointment I was given a prescription that needed to be stamped at the desk this wasn’t explained to me so I drove all the way home to another town to collect it and had to drive all the way back, I felt judged by the dentist and didn’t feel there was any warmth in the way I was treated in fact quite the opposite the nurse of the dentist was kind and she helped explain when I was asking questions that I didn’t understand the answers from the dentist. Very disappointed in how I was treated
