Proceed with caution or don't order at all.
I can't rate it 0 or 5 because I received my items, but I can tell you that they are in no way affiliated with Tokyo Marui. Ordered by mistake and not taking time to do research, Tokyo Marui DOES NOT have an online store. The package arrived in 18 business days 24 days in total. It did have a few delays. While they provided a shipping number 4 business days later, they sent the package out about 10 business days later. Once it was dropped at the post office, the package travelled very fast, they are using EMS. I did have to send an email to make sure they communicate in case of a chargeback, they answered 2 business days later, very slow to respond.
The price was very reasonable, but is not worth the risk taking into account what has happened to other people from reviews. Using a brand name to mislead others is not good business practice.
Items arrived in prime condition the stuff is genuine, well packaged, no problems with customs. In case you are reading this after you have already purchased something, good luck, you will probably get your items, but make sure you write them and start pushing to send out your goods. Worst case, chargeback with your bank and provide proof with emails that they are not cooperating.
