Most horrible experience ever.
We hired This company to complete a home extension, and it has been an absolute nightmare. After starting the project, they removed multiple structural walls and then abandoned the site, leaving our home exposed, unsafe, and full of debris. There was no proper communication, no clear timeline, and no accountability once the problems started.
We were left scrambling to secure the property and find emergency help to prevent further damage. The lack of professionalism and responsibility shown has caused us significant stress, unexpected costs, and disruption to our lives.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to think very carefully. A project that should have improved our home instead left us with serious structural and financial issues. We hope sharing our experience helps others avoid going through the same ordeal.
