Placed my order on Jan 4th, received automated email telling me my order was being processed. After hearing nothing for a week l contacted them and was told there was a delay, and my order would be sent for despatch on Jan16th and order would be delivered the following day.
After staying in day waiting for my order, and it not arriving, I again contacted Tool-net, and was told they were out of stock, and I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks before it was backin stock. I then asked to cancel my order and have my money paid back into my PayPal account. They said it would take 3 to 5 working days. After it hadn't been payed back into my account, I had to complain again before I got my money back, This firm is very poor, no communication and nothing gets done, without having to make a fuss and complain. Again and again.

This it the third time i have used Tool-Net and would fully recommend using them.The service is exceptional !!!
I bought the mitre saw for my son as he was doing a school project, the saw was cheap so My thoughts were not to expect much but i was surprised to find a great piece of kit.
I tried it myself on some skirting board ( mitred joints) and found it to be easy to set up and it gives you a clean accurate cut every time so I can;t
fault it
