A complete scam that Google search puts at the top of the page. They charge your credit card out of Hong Kong and never send your product and never replies to any emails sent to them. You will be disputing the charge with your credit card company. Google needs to stop promoting this company.

Purchased 10 mower blades on Dec 21, 2024. I chose to not use paypal but use my credit card direct to Toolandpower.com. The next day I received an email advising me I had made payment to Kantor Zsanett thru paypal. Using the info on that receipt, I contacted paypal who advised me that their was no transaction with that number nor was there any record of my payment. Tried contacting Tools and power with no luck at all so I started researching the website and the website email which uncovered 2 more websites operated by the same email address. The three companies are:
toolsandpower.com
bestcycleshop.com
lovespeeds.com
My research on all 3 companies showed a pattern of not delivering products to be standard practice and customers not being able to contact them or get refunds. After not receiving any responses from the company, I disputed charges on my credit card on Dec 22. I received a settlement letter from the credit card company Feb 13, 2025 in my favor but credit card company would not give me any details as to their official decision. To this day, I have not received ANY communications from toolandpower.com.
