Passed around a few times within head office, spoke to a gentleman who was very rude and gave up on the conversation and said, "in fact" and then hung up.

Simply Disgusting, Shameful behaviour!

Very professional company. Outstanding customer support.

Unprofessional to say the least. Literally months to answer emails, and when they do, there pomposity is unrivalled.

Next time when purchasing any DIY tool/equipment from a local tool shop and it's not available, but they can ordered it for you by using Toolbank, then don't. I say this because after ordering an item and then cancelling the order within half-hour, of which you are entitled to, the following day at 18.15 after they had closed, I received confirmation by e-mail that the order has been sent and when I complained the next day, they said they would get back to me, to which they never did. You have been warned.

Always have a good stock at the right price. Quick delivery with tracking if you need it. I love the Toolstop Tv on youtube too. This is a right proper firm....as they say in Yorkshire. I will always use them for my DeWalt tools and other purchases, and you should too. Try them...you wont be disappointed.

With the number of good tool shop deminishing it is good to find a supplier with a vast range of tools to choose from with promp service and email updates on the progress of ones order. I had been searching everwhere for a small size of water pump (slip joint) pliers and found exatly what I was looking for at Toolbank.

Found the products that I was looking for easily, even for a discontinued strimmer model. Ordering was easy & products arrived within a few days.

I would most definately use them again as they were friendly on the phone and knew the item I was after.

I ordered two small (100mm) adjustable wrenches, having failed to find these on any local retailers' shelves. They were of high quality, as I wanted, but at a high price of £16 each, which may have been set by the manufacturer. They should last a long time, with a little care.
The web site was easy to navigate and clear, and the goods arrived quickly, so I am well satisfied.

Would use them again..just a bit miffed on mail charge.Web site good choice of my kind of merchandise.
