Ordered a fitbit watch, order was immediately canceled without notice, paypal seller contact address is an individual, not a company, paypal is only means of payment, login credentials didn't work, but a replacement password was emailed (in the clear). No phone but did reply from yet another email address, saying that a Paypal refund will be issued. None has shown to date.

Just purchased a Fitbit watch from them and received it in 1 day! Very satisfied with my purchase. Seems like all their products are drop shipped but their customer service is good. I was sceptical at first but I'm glad I made my purchase.

Very shady. I placed an order for a Breville toaster. They received payment then after 2 days, the item was shipped. 6 days later, I get a message from them saying that they are having problems with their paypal account so I need to go into my paypal account to request a refund and I never got my toaster. Save yourself and just dont do it. Very shady business.

They were selling the dumb bell set I wanted for $100 less than any other store. I placed the order just before Christmas, and the product arrived in mint condition 48 hours after I placed the order (with Free Shipping)! Awesome!

I ordered an adjustable desk for my daughter. The price was so good I was worried it might be a scam. I took a chance and was not disappointed. The desk came within a few days(free shipping). The desk is excellent quality and contained all parts needed. Everything fit together perfectly.

Excellent experience, they had the brand name adjustable height desk I wanted for less than half what others were asking, and with free shipping! I ordered the desk on the afternoon of November 26 and it landed on my doorstep Dec 1, with emailed updates along the way about my order processing and then a tracking number once it shipped. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and I am glad I found this company!
