Horrible. Price seems low, then you add:
Bought a saw for about 200 chf.
42 chf delivey with DPD
Then another 34 for handling import tax. (16 ish tax, 10 admin fee and another 8 for something else).

Ended up paying 10% more than it was on Galaxus, waiting 2 weeks for delivery.

Their website appears to be Swiss (toolnation.ch) and I thought that the products I ordered would coming from Switzerland. I was surprised by a 10% import tax which I did not expect. I called customer service and they were very rude and not understanding. In the fine print, they told me, when you place the order, there is hidden the information that a tax could be due. It was not clear that a tax would be due on the product I wanted to ordered. And it does not say it next to the product when you are selecting it, only at the order confirmation.
I was rudely told by the helpline in NL that "thousands of other customers have no problem figuring this out". I suggested that they might have many unhappy customers who simply have not called and that they might want to improve their website. I was told basically "so what". Very unhappy. Never order from them.

NOT SWISS BASED
Although it seems that they are (.ch, language, etc.), they ship from the Netherlands which pretty much ensures the payment of a custom clearance fee. Pretty misleading you sneaky dutch birds.
