Great customer service and support.
I had an issue with an order I placed and texted my issue to the customer service number posted on the web site. This was my first order from this company and I had concerns that I might have made a mistake in ordering from them. But was happy to see a kind and professional response the next working day.

Paid for Fedex 2day delivery

Paid for Fedex 2day delivery. Two days after delivery date I emailed company asking where product is. I didn't received it. Then and only then did I receive an email stating the manufacturer discontinued the item and they will refund my purchase. They should have notified me before or on the 2 day delivery date that the item is discontinued. Instead they waited until I asked.

Still don’t have the tool

Still don’t have the tool, had to contact them to try and find out an estimated delivery date. Said it was in stock but turns out it wasn’t and is back ordered, tried to cancel order because I wanted the tool for a project but never heard back. Hopefully the tool shows up

They are slow

First order to over a month to receive. This one has taken over a week just 2 ship. It's 2 small packages of bits.

You took my order and payment

You took my order and payment, yet the item was discontinued. I was never notified by your company about the order. Almost a month later, I called to find out I was never going to the item. No item, no notification from you. This was the worst customer service ever given to me by any company in my 64 years of life. This was the first time and last I will use your company. Your CSR asked me if I wanted to order the replacement model. Needless to say I told him I will NEVER order ANYTHING from you and I will tell everybody I can to stay away from doing business with you. This WAS a Christmas gift. No happy holidays for my family. I hope you have a better business plan than what I was offered. You aren’t going to be in business treating people like I was treated. Lastly, you send an email, asking to rate you before the order even ships. What a joke, just like your company and service!! Enough said.
