10 days since order placed. Product in stock not shipped yet.

I placed an order with standard shipping of 7-10 days.
It's been 10 days and there is even no shipping confirmation.

Very disappointing.

I ordered a router bit and it was back…

I ordered a router bit and it was back ordered. But I had to call several times to find that out. I looked at my order in line and it never said it was back ordered or when it would ship. It took 4 phone calls to find that out.

Non-communicative

Never received shipping confirmation on my order. Called them after 4 days to find out where my order was and could get nobody on the phone. Left two voice messages and never heard back.

Plunge Saw and Track

I ordered a plunge track saw, 55" track and 118" track. The track saw and 55" track arrived on time and as expected. The 118" track had to be shipped freight as it was nearly 10 ft long. It arrived a few days later, but still within the expected delivery window. Upon delivery, I saw the end of the crate had been broken during delivery and the track was bent rendering it useless. I called ToolOrbit's support number and opened a case with them. They promptly sent a replacement that arrived well before I had expected it. The replacement track was in pristine condition this time. After the replacement, all tools/accessories were in pristine condition. Even though the damage was caused by the shipping service, ToolOrbit definitely took care of my order and promptly made everything right for me. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

The price was much better than all the others. Easy ordering process and received it in very timely fashion. The shipping was also free. I saved 70% over the other sellers.

Quick Delivery

Over all, I liked the service and the super speed in which I received my order. I would have given a 5 star review if I didn't have to call your customer service center because I didn't get an email confirmation of my order. Customer service had to re-send it to me. Also, the box for my order was very banged up with tape covering alot of it. The item was not damaged but FedEx certainly abused my package during shipping.
