Ordered tools on 26 February, confirmation email sent. Heard nothing after a week. Their website now says item is sold out. Tried emailing for refund, email rejected twice. Emailed using their contact form, no reply. Avoid them.

One month since my order was placed and not delivered (was supposed to be 48 hour delivery time). No response to my emails to ask for tracking details and then later on, cancellation of order/refund. Have raised a complaint via my bank to reclaim my money. I will be going to trading standards too. My guess is that most people don’t bother trying to claim back for the small amounts that they have stolen.

After receiving a standard email order acknowledgment nothing further was heard from them. Tried emailing and calling but got no response- the phone number given on their website just goes dead. Avoid is my recommendation.

The above was my original review with one star. However I have now updated it to 4 stars because the item did arrive. Answering emails and their telephone would have avoided this

Bad communication no instructions and parts missing and wouldn’t entertain giving me any money that I had to pay out. Would not recommend this company.

we purchased a marquee just couple of days before Easter and the cover sent was the wrong size and the marquee didn't last foe more than 3 days and collapsed. trying to get a refund through PayPal which has been really bad experience as well as the company tool port gave address of return for the goods to Germany ,the cost of courier is same price as the goods

Goods were not despatched. Like others on here, the goods I ordered from Toolport were never despatched. I emailed and phoned but got no response. Thankfully, as I had ordered on Paypal, I raised a complaint on there and received AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.

I only ordered from Toolport and they appeared with a discount voucher from a Microsoft search browser while I was on Amazon. The old adage....if it looks too good to be true, etc..... certainly valid in this case.

Huge credit to Paypal for the immediate refund.

Item not dispatched! No answer to emails.

Goods delivered not as requested or as invoice. No response to email or telephone calls. No redress via credit card as purchase less than £100, so the company will continue to get away with non-existent customer service when problems occur. Conclusion; avoid!

Dont buy anything from these guys.. complete waste of money, trying to get a refund for garbage is like pulling teeth... You have been warned.... Received item broke within seconds... Now try and get a refund had to get PayPal involved as he wasn't going to refund.. idiot still short changed me.....
