Exactly like customer service should be - fantastic!
Had a small problem with the product on delivery (broken latch on drill set box). Called customer service and spoke with a real person almost immediately. Customer service lady found my order, listened to the problem, asked a couple of questions to clarify and said she would contact the supplier and call me later than day. Being sceptical as that never seems to happens these days I was pleasantly surprised to recall a call that afternoon to update me on the issue and to say a replacement part had been order and would be ready for delivery the next day. Had the replacement part within a couple of days. Fitted perfectly.
Couldn't complement the customer service enough. Particularly when good customer service seems to be something for a bygone era.
Product was great as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use Toolstop again or recommend to others! Many thanks to the Toolstop team and the customer service team in particular!

Makita 80g sanding sheets
Items (Makita sanding sheets) packaged very well and at the best price I could find at the time. Had to collect from local store as I missed delivery (my fault) but communication was good and worked well. Would be happy to use again, thanks.

Price was good, delivery was bad
Price was good, but was promised Saturday delivery which was my main reason for using this company and never received the item until the following Tuesday. Knowing this I would have bought it local for slightly more, I did email the company to which I’ve had no reply. I emailed the delivery company which stated we don’t even do Saturday deliveries to your postcode.
