Ordered a socket on 48hours delivery

Ordered a socket on 48hours delivery. Item was showing despatched next day, but couldn’t be tracked on Royal Mail site. Two days later, still not showing on Royal Mail site. Contacted supplier who immediately posted a replacement on 24 hours delivery and I received this the next day.
Don’t know what happened to the first item, but issue was quickly resolved.

Fast dispatch and excellent customer service. When I noticed that we had received fewer items than ordered, I emailed them and they responded promptly, dispatching the missing items right away. Very pleased with their responsiveness.

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. They do not honour the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I made a purchase and the tool failed after a few months. They have refused a full refund and are now refusing to communicate with me.
