Brought my car in for its 2nd service. Checked it in with Jamie on service desk, who greeted me and was pleasant and professional.
Dropped one Star due to the fact they didn’t know I was on a service plan, although I had answered the on line check in process with this information, then I was told there wasn’t enough funds on the plan to cover this service, although there was, it was sorted out: but didn’t need the hassle of facing that in the first place.

MOT Time again and carried out well as always. Little things on the car were put right . Which means i can keep my car on the road teaching my pupils. Jamie always welcomes you and has the paper work ready. He also makes you a coffee.
