Pureverge are scammers. When purchasing their tooth polish product they somehow, without my consent, activated automatic subscription and every month charged my credit card to repurchase their product. When asked them to refund credit card for unauthorised use, they ignored my request. The quality of the product is crap. Do not use PureVerge. They will scam you.
This company is nonexistent. I got ripped off. When you email them they send you a generic robot email that tells you to go to a link that doesn’t exist. I am so afraid that I’m going to be auto shipped this junk and have to pay for it. I’m not going to stop there. I’m going to call the Better Business Bureau. When you call the customer service number FOR PURE VERGE, it says “beep beep. The number you have dialed is not in service. “ I am furious. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. IT DOES NOT WORK. IT PEELS OFF YOUR TEETH IMMEDIATELY. I WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.
This is the company Chrōm that sells tooth polish. While I like the product ok, their customer service is absolutely non-existent. I’ve only received 1 out of 3 orders correctly.
In 2022 I ordered “natural white” & they sent me “uptight white.” I emailed customer service (I couldn’t find any c.s. Phone number at all) multiple times with no response.
I tried again in 2025. My package made it to the first carrier facility where apparently it got lost in oblivion.
I emailed over & over & only got one response one time, them saying “well look into it.” NEVER heard back.
Don’t waste your money!
