Convenience of buying online combined with the excellent service of a brick-and-mortar store.
I sent mister Smets an e-mail with some questions that I had about a self-defense weapon. Instead of waiting for an e-mail back mister Smets called me personally to get to know more about the needs I had, and provided me with a lot of information, tips, and advice on choosing the correct items.
I placed the order through the webshop and got a confirmation and payment details via e-mail. Once the payment was confirmed I quickly received the tracking link to follow my shipment. The package arrived within the promised period and was discretely packed.
I highly recommend the service and products from top-impact.eu and I will definitely come back here. I would say it is the convenience of buying online together with the excellent service of a brick-and-mortar store combined.

I purchased some items here. The courier company (DPD) was a bit lazy and returned this package after keeping it in their warehouse for a week. I briefed Mr Smets and he immediately took action ... analyzed the whole situation, sent me an email + called me. Items were reshipped within the day.
