A Total Scam
A Total Scam. We rented a luxury house for Christmas holidays with a heated pool and a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.
Upon arrival the jacuzzi was broken and dirty and the pool was cold.
Many lamps broken, showers filled with mold, dishwasher broken, bathroom door broken and the house all together dirty.
They told us that jacuzzi would be looked at in two days and that the pool was indeed heated (while the water was 18 degrees). Then all communication was broken off.
After 2 days, they informed us that jacuzzi would not be repaired at all. Pool heating was only switched on on the day of our arrival and it would take several days for the water to warm up.
So during our 6 day holiday we had no jacuzzi, 3 days of swimming pool, no dishwasher and they sent the cleaning staff to finally clean the house on our second last day.
The house itself was nice in the basis but the maintenence was very bad. If I were a home owner I would never use this company to take care of my place.
