I have been buying from Top5Supps for 2 years now, and I have never had a problem receiving my merchandise.

I bought the 2 for 1 deal and although it took a week or so longer to recieve I did get it. I had sent them one e-mail cause after reading this stuff I figured it was a scam but I did get the product and it worked like stiff nites has always worked for me. They did reply to my e-mail but it took 2 days. Maybe not the best customer service but I did get my product.

I bought 3 bottles of Stiff Nites on January 7th. I received a email a few days later with tracking number with no updated info. I waited a week and emailed the company and they told me it was on backorder but it will be shipped in a couple days. They told me I could get my money back or they will send more of the same product. I had told them to send more product an 2nd day air it to me and they said no problem. That nite i get a email saying to buy this product because midnite it will be no longer in stock. Thats funny they just got a big shipment in supposedly. I email back and stated I wanted my money back and have not heard back yet. I called my bank and they have refunded my money and they will go after that company. They do not show a phone number to call because they are a fraud company that needs to face some legal issues. My friend has found a phone number for the company and it is 702-871-8678. I will notify the state of Nevada and Florida about the company committing fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They must have taken the stiff nites themselves, I'am the one that got it in the ass. They owe me $ 69.00 and have yet to give me a call back or e-mail. I will get the product that i ordered or my money or their ass.

Product was purchased on DEC. 18th no tracking has not yet been received and cannot get a reply form any of the e-mails sent.

I placed an order with them on DEC. 12.They sent a tracking number that has never updated.There is no phone number to get in touch with them.They will not answer my emails.I have asked for a full refund but still no answer back.Seems like i am not the only person they stole $67.00 from.Do not buy from this place. You will lose your money.Next time i will make sure the place i buy from has a phone number. Tell your friends too not to buy from this place.If we all stick together maybe we can stop crooks like this that steal our money and do not get in trouble for it.

We ordered a product that we have ordered from another company with a similar name. Supply guys and i made the mistake of ordering from Top5supps.com instead. we got charged for the product and it never shipped. We could not find a number on their website to call and check on our order. We never got shipping tracking information, just an email from Tom assuring us that our order would ship and that it was just because of the busy holidays that we did not receive our order. I emailed Tom back and said "i understood about busy holidays" if he could just send me confirmation and tracking information i would appreciate it. I never got anymore emails back from Tom....Nor did we ever receive our product that cost $67.00...Crooks and Criminals, do not order from this company.

I bought Stiff Nights and Forever Stiff and I found out later they were counterfit. I took one of the Stiff Nights pills I almost die! I will advise to do your your research before your purchase anything from this Website.

I purchased a product and do to misleading word of mouth info I ordered the wrong product. According to the company return policy I was able to return product. I have a thirty day window to return n get my full refund. Long story short I've been trying to return my purchase. I've called 5 times and I've been told I will receive an email within two days informing me on the return process along with much need specific information need to complete my return. At this point all I've received are lies an attitude. I'm about to get stuck with this product and they know it. Criminals!
