Unfortunately the last delivery in april wasn't as perfect as the one before in february. My aunt told me, that the "snowball"-flower and the rose were not fresh any more after a single day, although I ordered with vase.

I was very satisfied with how easy the website is and it made ordering a pleasure. Unfortunately our flowers did not arrive on the date requested due to circumstances beyond their control. We were presented with a voucher for the inconvenience. Which was very nice. All in all the flowers were well received and loved by all. Thanks.

What a Joke!
The customer service of this business is a joke. They Really need some training.
The delivery could not find the address, although there was only one door and one business in the building, the customer service employees are hanging up on me.
Now they see my number and although I am first in the line no one picks up and through my account I cant do anything. They are completely unwilling to help and now I cant offer the flowers to my wife.

The website was good. It's great knowing that not only can I order for the next day, but if I order early enough I can get same day delivery. I like that a local florist prepares and delivers the flowers. The flowers were beautiful and my wife loves them. Order No. 70451714

Got their flowers as a part of birthday gift. It didn’t looked like picture on the website, not even close. 90% of this bouquet consists of ordinary branches and leaves, and only the remaining 10% are small tulips. Their leaves were broken, I found mold on some of them, inside the bouquet were some random piece of white rope, and also a head of another flower, obviously not from this bouquet. The packaging is soaking wet and falling apart because they pour water directly into the carton box. I know that’s eco and stuff, but looks awful and it’s definitely not a pleasant gift.

The flowers were delivered on time, i.e. on the date, which was specified, and they were fresh.
It is convenient for a sender and a recipient living in different places. If I were planning to go on a visit, I would not have done it. The bouquet cost me €40, it is possible to buy a similar type of bouquet in the nearest flower-shop for half the price.
