My wife made an insurance online and contacted them by phone everything was great, got all the papers and everything was settled, the payment was made in the beginning of the month and we thought everything is ok but today 16-08-23 the money were returned back to us in our account, no explanation nothing, we have looked on mit topdenmark online but there is no insurance information it’s like the insurance disappeared, i have looked also on nummerplade register i can see that the insurance is back to the old company
So we will contact them tomorrow to see what is going on

Min kone tegnede en forsikring online og kontaktede dem telefonisk alt var fint, fik alle papirer og alt var afklaret, betalingen blev foretaget i begyndelsen af måneden og vi troede at alt var ok, men i dag 16-08-23 var pengene returneret tilbage til os på vores konto, ingen forklaring intet, vi har kigget på mit topdanmark online men der er ingen forsikringsoplysninger det er som om forsikringen forsvandt, jeg har også kigget på nummerplade register jeg kan se at forsikringen er tilbage til det gamle selskab

I have had only excellent experiences with the service agents at Topdanmark.
I had a short request today to discuss, but instead ended up speaking with Frederick for ~35 minutes on that and other important topics and suggestions. He provided me not only with respectful advice and a swift conclusion on my original query, but rolled this naturally into further advice and questions about my other coverage. I made further adjustments based on these, and also now have some further reflections to make on additional cover and requirements.
Most importantly, this interaction was friendly and open, and well humoured. These are super important traits and attitudes for someone representing an insurer; which is ultimately there to help with life's tough times and moments. I have had this same experience with several service agents since setting up my Policy.
Talk about building trust and confidence. I recommend Topdanmark at every opportunity to do so.
