I’ve had nothing but trouble with this company, the first appointment. The guy showed up didn’t take a payment. Said he’d be back never came back a few days later the office called me from my money which I paid of course, then they gave me a follow up appointment for tomorrow And no one has confirmed I left phone texts and then one phone call message then an email message and I’m not getting any response. It’d be nice for them to come back and do a follow up as promised, but I don’t know. I have a life like everybody else and I scheduled everything around their appointment . I really think the communication skills with this company is lacking.

After the initial spray they never came back for the free treatment as stated in line 1 of their contact. Before Thanksgiving I requested a follow up because there was no change in bug activity. After texting and asking for one they said "Sure no problem I'll contact you with a date." I never received one. Thanksgiving was moved to another location. I texted again and was told they would return. I've not heard from them since even after sending texts. I still have the same amount of bugs as if they sprayed water. I'm still paying for insect sprays myself.

There is no other way of describing this Company but excellently professional, especially if you get Gareth, the Technician who has been dealing with our restaurant. He is pro-active on each visit, and always makes good and honest recommendations for the betterment and safeguarding of your Business.

Their prices are also equally so competitive, that they easily knock any Competitor out of the race.
