Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I received items that were not of satisfactory quality — several pieces were stained and the entire batch had a strong unpleasant odour, making them completely unsellable.

I contacted the company immediately. I have called multiple times and sent emails, but my emails have not been responded to. Over the phone, I was not taken seriously, and on one occasion I was told the issue would be followed up by email, which did not happen.

As a reseller working with a very limited budget, this situation has had a serious financial impact on me. I invested £150 expecting resellable stock, and instead received goods that cannot be sold at all.

I am currently trying to resolve this matter, but the lack of clear communication and support has made the process extremely stressful.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other resellers — especially those starting out with limited funds — to proceed with caution
