Nick was absolutely amazing and the service was just fantastic! I feel extremely equipped for my next interview!

I purchased the standard coaching option which amounted to $249. I had my first interview with my coach 2 weeks ago. The experience was OK, to say the least. I couldn't really hear what my coach was saying half the time; the video and audio were both choppy on their end, and connectivity issues occurred frequently. Ultimately, the coaching lasted for roughly 10-15 minutes even though it was supposed to be a 30 min session. After our session, my coach asked me to send them my elevator pitch which I did but haven't heard from them since.

Regarding the substantive aspect of the session, I personally did not think the advice given was THAT helpful, and to an extent, obsolete. You can find advice/tips related to interviews for free online.

I have another session with them but I'm not really sure if I'm going to book it. Overall, it was not worth the money.

Nick is absolutely amazing. If you are trying to find your dream job, no matter what industry you are in, Nick can help! He will research the company you are interviewing with or applying to and will come up with specific plan to prepare you for the interview process. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and he helped me tremendously, not only by teaching me on how to answer questions and carry myself during interviews but also helped me gain the confidence I was lacking. Absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a job, professional resume and cover letters.

I actually haven't done with a session yet with my coach, but the only times to schedule sessions are generally from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm which are times that I am working, and it would be hard for me to have sessions while I'm working. I'm either going to have to take time off work to go through with a session, or just forget about it all together.

I trust the interview coaching this company provides isn’t bad, but the customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Unlike some other interview coaching services, TopInterview requires payment before even showing you availability of the interviewers. I contacted them after signing up to find out when I would hear back about coaching availability. Not only did I not hear back for a few days, they completely stopped replying after I kindly requested a refund and explained my situation (that I had to look elsewhere due to the timing of my interviews).

Unless you’re not in a rush to prepare for your interview, I would look for another service that’s more understanding and accommodating of the current climate and situation job applicants are likely in. This is not a way to treat paying customers.

Nick was AMAZING! He made time to adjust to my crazy schedule, and most importantly - really went above and beyond to make sure I was well prepared for my interview. He predicted a few questions of the final round interview (Docusign) and helped increase my confidence about the process overall. He did a great job in not only predicting the interview questions, but also helping me articulate myself well those questions and provided constructive feedback on specific answers that I would have never gotten otherwise. He does a great job of explaining what the interviewer is looking for on their end, which helps you better formulate answers when you are in the actual interview process as well. I also had a presentation portion of the interview and with Nick's suggestions, I was able to create a presentation that knocked the teams socks off. If you are applying to your dream job like I was, I would highly recommend investing in yourself, in top interview and in Nick. To receive an offer at a top company in a competitive market, was well worth the cost. Thank you Nick for your professionalism, talent, attention and help!

Nick was excellent! He was always available when needed. He definitely did his research on the position that my son was in interviewing for, he had great questions.

TopResume Interview coaching session was really helpful. The interviewer helps you to see your weak spots, and these are the things that "real-life" recruiters think but never say aloud. After all, you leave the session happy and encouraged.
