I'm a tile fitter get all my materials from the Worcester branch and always recommend to my customers they vist the shop when purchasing tiles.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the service 1st class.

Dom at Martlesham was very polite and helpful. All queries we had were resolved quickly and we got the item we required.

Unacceptable handling of online order- placed an order for tiles on Wednesday and was given a delivery day of Friday 7th August. Fast forward to Friday- no update on tracking from first placing the order or any information from Topps Tiles to say there would be a delay or potentially it may not come on the Friday. First called in the morning as tracking had said it wasnt even collected by courier or even on its way. Customer support agent said' word of advice- never order just before you are due to need the tiles'. Well word of advice to Topps Tiles, dont give the customer a delivery date if you are not going to hold to it- say 3-5 working days, or next week! Same agent said it could still go out that day, called again at midday- told the same spiel ' oh it might be coming still'. Called at 4.30 before customer support lines shut for the weekend and said I want to cancel the order as no one will be at the property for 2 weeks from Monday to receive it- the customer service agent called the pallex couriers and was told there is a backlog they are working through and its not Topps Tiles fault. I can appreciate that it out of Topps Tiles hand, but there has been zero commmunication from Topps Tiles at all that there are delays and I was still being told that it could still arrive today. Customer agent then said that the couriers have made an exception and will deliver the tiles today (Saturday)a day they dont normally deliver on- I reiterated to the customer support agent that it is guaranteed to be here today. Was told Yes! Well guess what- 17.30pm- no tiles, no update to the tracking to show it has even been collected by the courier oh and guess what customer service lines shut till Monday morning. Will be requesting a full cancellation and refund- absolute waste of time and shambles of customer service. Very simple in this day and age to keep a customer aware of any delays. Have ordered with other tiles suppliers that have managed to deliver within 48 hours even without providing a delivery date at point of order! The whole point of ordering with Topps Tiles was because they gave me a delivery date! oh the irony!

Fantastic customer service from store manager at the Derby branch. We were buying new tiles for our bathroom and he couldn’t have been more helpful when it came to assisting us with stock availability etc. definitely recommend and will be back in the future! Thank you :)

Store manager Phil at Penge store was amazing in supporting me choose what I wanted. Very patient, attentive and kind. His role at the store was very well executed. Delivery was also excellent. All products purchased were delivered swiftly. I will definitely recommend for quality tiles and service.

What a breath of fresh air this shop is at the Croydon Purley five ways branch. Two lovely young ladies Serena and Rhia who not only showed me and my partner who knew nothing about tiles around the whole shop, they also showed us all the extra bits we would need and even recommended paint colours which isn't even there expertise. Its so refreshing to find such positive and happy people in retail!

Was very pleased with the help I got when choosing the floor and wall tiles. Dane was nice, friendly and helpful member of staff.

The staff at the Shawfield branch are amazing. They helped me work out how many boxes of tiles I needed, locate what I wanted and return the excess. They were friendly, knowledgeable and offer a great range of tiles.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in Morecambe branch.
