Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Please can top shop contact me or leave a phone number. I have emailed 20 emails and nothing is being resolved. I returned my order and the courier company is saying they have returned it to Top Shop. I have proof of return and it was also registered as collected. Top Shop will not action my refund. Please can I have the customer service telephone no for Top Shop. They are behaving like a scam company.

My return has taken 2 months so far

Topshop used to be my go-to brand, so it makes me sad that my recent experience with them has all but completely turned me off from shopping there. It seems like they don’t care about their customers’ loyalty now that they’ve been acquired by ASOS.

I ordered 2 items online on November 30. They were supposed to arrive no later than December 10 but arrived in early January, which was too late for what I wanted to wear them for. So I returned them on January 7 using a prepaid label that Topshop sent me. They also sent me a link to track my return, and the latest activity is from January 23, saying it’s departing a facility in Nevada. It’s now March 1 and there have been no updates.

I’ve been emailing with Topshop customer service people over the last couple weeks, but they all tell me the same things over and over. They tell me to check with the return courier company, which I’ve done and received no response.

It’s really disappointing that Topshop is taking no responsibility for their shipping partner’s delays. Or maybe they lost my package altogether. I fear that I’ll never get my nearly $100 refunded.

Appalling & Shameful

If I could give zero stars I would.

I placed an order with Topshop just before it was announced that they were being bought out by ASOS. I was apprehensive when the announcement was made however Topshop stated on the email that you could still return any unwanted items.
I returned my items weeks ago as they were awful, Hermes collected them and I have all tracking & proof of postage yet no refund.
You can’t contact anyone because there’s no customer service.
The CEO & board members of Topshop should be ashamed, thousands of loyal customers have been robbed of their money, it’s disgraceful.

Horrible. NO refund, NO answer

I have still not received my refund. I have emailed them twice, no answer. I have a proof of posting and it shows that Topshop have received my return! I also contacted ASOS, as they own Topshop now and they are also unwilling to help! Really disappointed. They owe me £80 and I wont give up!

No items and no refund!

Ordered 29th December and still not received my order. Phone lines not working, courier went answer me and no email address to complain to. They owe me over £100. I've had to put a complaint in through my bank. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH TOPSHOP!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

On December 2nd I returned my order for 108 euros for 8 items. I returned EVERYTHING because the quality was terrible. I had to pay 7,5 for the return. It was sent back with DPD and I received a confirmation on the 15th of December that my items had been processed. I saw that one item was missing. I was issues a refund for 89 euros. I emailed Topshop and they told me to wait 14 days because it had not been processed yet, then again a week later etc etc. Its been 66 days now and somehow my return has still not been processed yet? This is ridiculous. I told Topshop this isnt possible because everything was returned in one box. Now I am being asked to get a proof of postage because they "have not received my return". How can you say this when you already sent me a confirmation. I have emailed them 7 times now. DO NOT ORDER FROM TOPSHOP. Their customer service is useless.

DON’T ORDER !!!

DON’T ORDER !!!! I ordered a month ago, They NEVER sent my items and they are not answering any of my emails or messages on Facebook or Instagram. But the funny thing is they are still posting pics of their products on social médias.

No refund

No refund - same as everyone else on this website. Shocking to be honest. I had no idea it would be an issue to order clothes from them. My return has been 'in transit' for 10 days. Can't contact the courier, can't contact the retailer. I will be asking my bank for the money back. Awful way to treat loyal customers.

Edit: I have raised a claim with my bank now because as others have said, Topshop don't want to know and neither to Asos. I tried contacting Asos on their chat. The agent sent me a bogus link to Topshop which almost crashed my computer! They advised there was nothing they could do and to contact Topshop. I asked for my account to be closed which took 40 minutes!! I will never use either of these retailers again. My bank has said it will take 30 - 60 days for the claim to be looked into. Fight until you get your money back!

Edit (4 March): I have now received my refund. It is worth raising this with your bank if you are waiting for one yourselves.

Missing parcel. TWICE!!

I purchased an order earlyJanuary which I never received, after 3 weeks they finally refunded me in the form of a gift card. I then ordered again on Feb 2nd (£100) which has also not been delivered even though I paid for next day delivery. I have tried sending email after email with no acceptable response and now I am not getting any response at all.

Asos take over

I bought couple of items and cant return due to the buy out from Asos. Never had a problem with Topshop purchases before but clearly when you read the reviews the business has not been handled properly. All Topshop staff made redundant and no body to sort out customer queries. Well done Asos you have killed an amazing brand.

Not received refund

After returning maternity trousers which are not suitable for maternity wear. I have not received my refund it has been 2 weeks I have an email from top shop confirming they would process my refund in 5 working days which they have not done appalling I feel like they are committing day light robbery by stealing my money

I bought 2 skirts and my reference…

I bought 2 skirts and my reference number is 496641520. I returned them because they were both small. They skirts were £30.00 each . I got £30.00 refund 4 days after returning the items and didn’t get the other £30.00 back. I have emailed top shop on several occasions and I have had response from different people asking me to send proof that I returned the item. I emailed back asking how can they ask for proof when I sent both skirts in the same package and they refunded one. The lady then emailed me saying sorry for the inconvenience. She went on to say she found the items I returned but refund can take upto 28 days. I asked how come I had the refund for the other skirt just within days. Then she didn’t reply and another person started replying to my email. Started by asking for the customer order number, which I sent then asked me for proof that I returned the both items. I therefore copied an email sent to me by her colleague and I have never heard from them nor get my other £30.00. Top shop literally refused to pay me back my money. Extremely back customer service don’t shop from there

Hi..

Hi... I just wanted to let people know that I hadn't received my refund fro Topshop and so used resolver and I was refunded the next day.
Please use resolver, they will sort it out for you.

Failed to refund.

I have returned 3 items a month ago but I have only been refunded for 2. I have messaged several times and each time they say it has been done and I need to be patient. PayPal are insisting that Topshop have not refunded at all! I am disgusted with the service I have received and ave totally lost confidence in ordering from Topshop/ASOS again.

I still haven’t received my refund for…

I still haven’t received my refund for a pair of boots I sent back over 2 weeks ago.

I have confirmation that Hermes picked it up and still nothing from Topshop. They are not replying to emails or any messages I send them.

No refund after 6 weeks

Apparently I’m in the same boat as everyone else. I sent my order back on the 4th Jan. it’s now the 14 Feb and not only have I not received a refund, but I can’t get in contact with Topshop. The only place that responded was the Twitter page (professional...) but even they stopped responding and put up a url that doesn’t work to redirect customers.
