This was my first time using torfx and I found the customer service staff very helpful and efficient. Once I'd opened my account I had a couple of questions - my 2 phone calls were returned within minutes and my questions answered. The exchange rates were the best I could find and the transaction was completed in less than an hour.

All transactions are straightforward to organise and dealings are quickly finalised.

We have had a house in Spain for over twenty years and used a number of foreign exchange companies during that time but none compare with the efficiency and cost effectiveness of TorFX.

Our Spanish bank has recently been taken over by another Spanish bank and we had problems transferring monies into the new bank. Setting up an account was easy and one of the advisors will give you a ring to discuss your needs and any concerns you may have if you are new to this.
Getting a quote was straight forward and my rate was fixed for 24 hours once I accepted it and gave me time to transfer the money to them.
The transfer to Australia was quick- less than 2 days.

Have only made one transfer with torFX so far but setting up the account was straightforward, as was transferring the money initially from my US bank account to my torFX us account prior to transferring to my UK account. I still have money in my US torFX dollar account waiting for the exchange rate to settle in my favour. Rowan Clarke and ben peters have both been knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to use this service.
