Après avoir préparé le design dans une interface très simple, la commande me parvient en 2 jours. Le t-shirt correspond exactement à la description.

lost UPS package
hello, I order a t-shit and when sent it with UPS the delivery guy didn't delivered on the day that was supposed to be but a day after when I payed for a fast delivery, then the UPS guy put my delivery in one store and when I tried to get my package it was not there and on their website it was indicated it was on that store so my package was lost and then I saw again on their page that the package was returned to you guys.
I'd like this to be delivered again or a reimbursement for my lost package.

The 24h delivery time was not respected
I paid 10 euro extra to have my mug delivered within 24 hours. According to the website, if I ordered before 4pm, which I did, the mug would be delivered the next day. The mug only started getting prepared the next day, and was delivered two days after. It's disappointing since I really needed it delivered the next day and paid extra for it. If I had known it wouldn't be the case, I wouldn't have ordered it. That said, the mug is good quality wise.

After I demanded, they stated they’re gonna re-imburse the express fees, which is more than normal by now (they should offer remove all transportation fees). Really unreliable, the person I ordered the gift to has already left the country.
