prompt and good value

Have used Total for the past three years in renewing my Norton security and, whilst the actual online procedure involving Norton is a little annoying at the changeover each year, the saving in costs makes it worthwhile - in my opinion so far.

Annual reminder came up, ordered it online, turned up the next day, what more can you ask for?

I did try just entering the Product Key supplied, but I ended up doing an uninstall and reinstall using the software supplied. I think this product may have been slightly different to the previous one which I installed last year. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with the product.

Have used them for a few years now and the service is good . I have only had one minor problem that was dealt with without fuss . A rare thing these days and so makes them better than many others I have had the misfortune to trust in the past .
Prices are normally good and deliveries timely .

This company has moved backwards big time.
Check their T & Cs.
My understanding:
Monies are collected at the point of placing an order, however until they send you a conforming e- mail the order is not deemed as to having been accepted.
Why accept & hold monies prior to accepting order?
Aa a shopper you could potentially pay for goods and be left to chase for the ordered goods, as I had to.
