After initial problems all was swiftly dealt with and now very satisfied with installation of all my windows

Our door and windows were installed with ease. From the salesman to the installers they were all polite and friendly. They worked efficiently and professionally and their customer care was excellent. All the mess was cleared away and removed . We would use this company again .

After using Totalglaze to put in double glazing for our 1950s bungalow we needed to have a new conservatory to replace the old brickbuilt original, plus a long roof for our veranda. Once the work was done there were a few minor leaks but over the next few weeks the problems were fixed after several visits. They turned out every time I asked without complaint.
It has always been my view that problems may occur but it is how those problems are dealt with. This company will fix a problem without any argument.
I would thoroughly recommend their products and their service.

We were so impressed with Totalglaze. Malcolm the salesman was just lovely. No nonsense, no hard sell, a real gentleman. We went to the showroom after Malcolm had been to our property and looked at their products and spoke to the manager. We were given a fitting date which was adhered too. The fitter’s were excellent made a fabulous job of our new windows. The price was very competitive, absolutely no complaints.

The process was professional and straight forward, from initial contact, to measuring and installing.
The fitters worked in very heavy rain but did an excellent job in a cheerful manner.
My whole property, including windows, doors, conservatory and soffit boards have all been fitted by Totalglaze. The products, workmanship and after sales service have always been excellent. A member of the family recently let go of the conservatory door in a high wind which broke the stopper bar. A fitter came out and replaced the broken parts at no charge even though there was clearly no fault with product.

Good communication throughout and the survey guy and fitters were super nice and have done a great job. 100% recommend.
