Had multiple repairs and replacements done to my windows and doors. Callum and Jayden were a pleasure to have in our house. They were helpful, polite and communicated well. The work was all done with precision and an eye for detail. There were moments where the grinder had to come out indoors and I was worried I'd be working the hoover all evening after they left but they were so tidy you wouldn't even know they had been here!

Really pleased with our windows however, problems withcatches after 1 year, and now 3 have 'blown' since then with water ingress. That's maybe to be expected After recommending this company I definitely wouldn't do so again - after sales is very shoddy, emerging defects aren't fixed despite the 10 year guarantee. We've called and chased for months, promised visits turn into no shows, repeated empty promises that we'll get an appt. Be warned!

The salesman's visit was quick and easy and we were quickly given an installation date. The fitters were polite and friendly, and the job was completed in 2.5 days (6 windows, 1 bay window and French doors). We also received a beautiful bouquet as a thank you. Very pleased with service and the new windows!
