My dishwasher broke down a few weeks ago and since I have an extended warranty with Total Home Protection, I called to file a service claim. I was given the option to schedule a contractor the same day, so I jumped on that time slot! The wires that go to the switch by the sink for the dishwasher had been chewed by something small. He replaced them and the dishwasher started working fine. I was so thankful it could be fixed in such a short period of time. This is a really a great extended warranty plan. Thanks THP.

My best friend purchased her home in 2016. It was her first home so all she purchased was the normal home insurance. After she found out that we bought the extended home warranty from Total Home Protection, she decided to take out her own policy, just in case. When her furnace died, they sent a service contractor over to check it out. It was an oil furnace and not only had it definitely gave out, it was out of code, and not repairable. She and the tech both spoke to THP and they selected a new one. They switched to a gas furnace and brought it up to code when he installed it. The agent made the claim process so easy and simple and the work was done on time and efficiently. I would recommend Total Home Protection to anyone because you never know what emergencies or unknowns can happen.

Total Home Protection Company is really my favorite choice for an extended home warranty. When my drier stopped heating up, I called the customer service department to file a claim. James arranged for a local contractor to come out and take a look. The next morning Robert arrived on time and ready to get going. He replaced the heating element and the dryer began working properly again. I only had to pay for my deductible and I was back on laundry duty! Thanks THP.

I went to turn on my faucet and heard something fall from underneath the sink, I looked and water was coming out of the pipes. I called Total Home Protection customer service with my extended warranty information and they scheduled a contractor to come to my home the next day. He showed up at the time scheduled and replaced the pipe without a problem. The next day, the tech gave me a call to make sure everything was working as it should. I’ve never had work completed so fast, and then have a tech call to make sure it was still working fine for me. I am highly impressed and with a fixed income only having to pay a deductible was great. Total Home Protection is a very professional business and trustworthy.

I recently filed a claim with THP on my extended warranty because my refrigerator not functioning properly, it has been leaking for quite sometime now and is barley keeping anything cold. The items in my fridge keep melting like my butter. When I called THP, the representative were very understanding and sent out a local technician the same day. Usually I am stuck waiting for a repair man a few days, but Sandra was very helpful. Once the guy fixed my refrigerator it was working like brand new again. I am so happy with Total Home Protection. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.

A few weeks ago I had a problem with my disposal. I would not come on when I flicked the switch and the reset button was not helping either. Since I have an extended warranty with Total Home Protection, I called to open a claim. Barbara was very helpful and arranged for a tech to come and take a look. William was on time and got right to work. Before long, he let me know that it would have to be replaced. It was old and could not be fixed. After talking with Barbara again, he went to the hardware store and returned with a new one. Once he installed it, I paid my deductible and I was good to go. Great warranty!

When my AC went out this summer, I called Total Home Protection and used my warranty for help. James was able to find a contractor to come over the next morning. He was on time and went straight to work. He said I needed freon, so he refilled it. The AC immediately started cooling. I only had to pay my deducible. Thanks!

The garbage disposal in my kitchen sink stopped working. After trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own, I decided to file a claim with Total Home Protection. I have coverage under their gold plan. Filing the claim was very simple. All I had to do was call and speak with a representative. This was my first claim, so she walked me through the entire process. A service technician was sent to my house the same day. He took a look at the disposal and determined it needed to be replaced . A new disposal was installed during the same service call, which all took about an hour. I was happy by how easy the process was from start to finish. All I had to pay was my deductible, and my garbage disposal was replaced. The gold plan definitely saved me money.

You never know how great your extended warranty plan is until need it during an emergency. On one of the hottest days of the summer, my air conditioning unit sputtered to a halt. To make matters even worse, my daughter-in-law and newborn grandson are here with me while my son is overseas. I feared the worst case scenario of a long service delay and the need to temporarily relocate Mom and baby elsewhere for their safety. But, my fears were unfounded. Total Home Protection came through for me, and got a great service technician out early the next day. The tech refilled the air conditioner and cleaned it too. Great job - I’d give them 100 stars if I could!

My water heater stopped working a few days ago. I assumed that the pilot needed to be lit, but I was wrong. It was time for a replacement. After two days of cold showers, I knew I had to get it fixed. I used my home warranty at Total Home Protection and was surprised to see that it was covered. The person I spoke with was very helpful and efficient in getting my water heater fixed as soon as possible. They had a technician came out. My water heater was fixed the same day. He replaced the pilot light and we have hot water again. I am so thankful for my home warranty with Total Home Protection. It is affordable, and ease of use is so worth it.

Total Home Protection is a great warranty plan. A few weeks ago my refrigerator was not getting cold. I called Total Home Protection and they told me that someone would contact me. A service tech was scheduled to come over and fix it the next day. He did a good job, I paid my deductible only. THP saved me a lot of money.

I've rented for the last 30 years, and no one ever taught me how to fix anything. Well naturally, when I bought my own house finally, I had some problems. My air conditioning and my fridge go out withing six months of each other. If it wasn't for Total Home Protection, it would have taken me forever to get everything fixed and been expensive. Both times they sent out a contractor to fix things. If you're buying a home, get a Total Home Protection plan, it'll save you so much time and money in the long run.

I needed my water heater looked at because it was not warming up the water. Sherri at THP arranged for a service contractor to come over. He had to replace the pilot light and it works great now. THP has great customer service, wonderful contractors, and a very good extended warranty. I recommend this warranty

Total Home protection is great. When our AC quit cooling, I called THP because I have an extended warranty with them. They arranged for a service technician to come out and take a look. He said that the compressor was out and would have to replace it, which he did. Everything is cook and working properly. Thanks!

Total Home Protection really helped me a whole lot. During these heavy rains that have been going on, I found a leak in the ceiling. It was a total shock because I had not been home for a few days during that time. But thankfully I have the Total Home Protection extended warranty. I gave them a call and they sent out a contractor to come and check it out. The roofer was punctual and very friendly. He provided very good, professional service. He found a few shingles that had blown away and there was hole exposed. He closed the hole and replaced the shingles and now my ceiling is repaired. I no longer have leaks and I'm a very happy customer. All it cost me was my deductible. Thank you.

I think that Total Home Protection is the one and only company that you should have for warranty. If you own a home, you have to be with THP. I woke up one morning to find my stove broken once again. I immediately put in a claim online and they arranged for someone to come out later that afternoon. Luis was punctual and was able to fix the stove with no problems. My savior. The best thing was that I only had to pay my low deductible. Thank God because there is no way I would have been able to afford my repairs with my daughter's birthday around the corner. I will be renewing my policy come January.

My fridge had been having problems. One day I awoke to get something chilled to drink as I usually put all my green teas in the fridge to cool, and when I opened the fridge, it hadn't even cooled them. I was upset but I called Total Home Protection because I had bought a warranty just in case of emergency. They were very kind with me and arranged for a contractor to repair it for me. He was on time and was able to repair the fridge. I'm extremely satisfied with the service that I was given and I'm glad to have my tea chilled again

I recently had an experience with Total Home Protection. I had to call because my water heater stopped heating up. The costumer service representative was wonderful. The person I spoke to was very professional, and answered my questions. They were able to arrange for someone to come out the same day to repair my water heater. The customer service at Total Home Protection is outstanding. This company covers so many different appliances and there is a plan that works for everyone. I was having issues with my water heater and because I have Total Home Protection, I was able to have it fixed at my convenience. They arranged for a service tech, who came out and determined that the pilot light needed replacing. Once he took care of that, he also did a couple of extra things to bring it up to code. It is working fine again. The customer service of were there to help me every step of the way. I highly recommend Total Home Protection.

My kitchen sink was stopped up a few weeks ago and I couldn't get it to drain out. I tried using Draino, my plunger... and nothing worked. Using my extended warranty, I called Total Home Protection for help. Shirley opened a claim for me and arranged for someone to come over. The service man was very nice and was able to open the line.
