A very Scouse saleswoman.

A very Scouse saleswoman.

I contacted Total Lab Supplies as a potential new customer and was met with a very rude and arrogant Scouse saleswoman who accused me of having "an attitude problem" by "the tone of [my] voice". The lady then slammed the phone down on me when I asked her name so that I could put in a complaint against her.

I rang the company straight back and was passed through to the manager 'Stephen' who, rather than trying to be diplomatic with a paying customer, immediately sprung to the defence of the Scouse saleswoman even after acknowledging he did not hear whether I said anything to deserve being treated so badly.

In the brief conversation I had with the Scouse saleswoman, she informed me she had worked there for 15 years, which was actually a 'chest-beating' remark after I brought to her attention that a good salesperson does not end up in silly situations like the one we were both in.

With all things said and done, with her side of the story Vs. my side, ultimately she did not get the sale which is of course her job. Moreover, our company will be actively avoiding Total Lab Supplies that she and Stephen both work for.
