Totally Tack: Totally Comms down??

Not sure what's happening at Totally Tack; I ordered a Neue Schule Bit in the first week of Jan and.... nothing....Can't reach them, by messenger, email or phone to get an update. I've tried to raise a Paypal case to get a refund, but that's taking along time too, with no guarantees. It's a shame, I've ordered from Totally Tack a few times in the past with no problems, so can only think there's an ops problem there.

Terrible company will never use again !

16 days after order placed, still not arrived. No reply to e mails or phone calls. Order now cancelled but no refund sent. Claim opened with PayPal. My advise is avoid this company who appear not to deliver as stated and communication is non existent!

No communication or delivery

Ordered 2 items and after 2 weeks emailed.
No answer.
After a month of emails and Facebook, no response.
I'd paid by clearpay who haven't been helpful so have lost over 50 quid.
They don't deserve 1 star.

ZERO STARS WOULD BE BETTER!

ZERO STARS WOULD BE BETTER!

I was thinking that this wasn’t a real company and maybe just a scam but they did refund me…after ten days and I had to email to ask where my item was. No email or explanation received, just the refund. Customer Service does not exist. Avoid this company!!!

Communication zero, customer service zero ... Order from someone who actually sends the items

Ordered a thin line muzzle and head collar and other bits totalling £152, 3rd Aug.. delivery said 2 to 3 days but allow upto 5. Now on day 7, I've rang numerous times on different days, never any answer, emailed no response , first and last time using this company. I could of ordered elsewhere and had delivery by now. Communication is diabolical, if item isn't in stock say so.... At least update us mugs who keep the company running on where our items are. Will be doing a charge back on Monday as I needed the muzzle ASAP. Totally shat I will not be using you ever again.

Worst Customer Service Ever

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order in April 2024 which included some horse treats. When these arrived they were over a month out of date and completely mouldy. I e-mailed Totally Tack to explain what had happened and requested a replacement packet, which I thought was a reasonable request given they had sent out a product that was not fit for purpose. The company did not respond to my first e-mail, so a week later I sent a second e-mail. This time they replied saying they would issue a refund. I messaged them again saying thank you but I would prefer a replacement, that was a couple of weeks ago and to date I haven't received a reply, a refund or a replacement. I understand that mistakes like this can happen but as it was their error I would expect them to rectify the situation. And just to add insult to injury there was a price sticker on the horse treats that was for less than they charged me and the order took 8 working days to arrive. Suffice it to say I won't be using Totally Tack again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Great Service

This is the second time I have used Totally Tack for my equestrian needs and the couldn't be more helpfully and accommodating will certainly go back for any future horsey needs.

Unhelpful customer service

Unhelpful customer service. Very slow response to queries. Delivery is pretty fast but the exchange/returns system is a total farce. I’ll just go to a shop next time or use a company that doesn’t deduct shipping costs off refunds.

Very disappointed; unhelpful!

Not happy with service. I ordered a few items for my daughter totalling in the sum that gave me free shipping. As difficult as it is to buy clothing that fits online, most items fitted, but suede chaps did not despite me following the indicated measurements. I email Dawn asking for help in exchanging, I was after her advice which chaps could fit. I waited and waited and got no reply at all. When I finally returned the chaps worth £22.99, I was only refunded partially as the original shipping cost was charged to me and hence the refund sum was reduced by nearly £4. This is not fair simply. I did my best to substitute the chaps that were too small. I just was not assisted in it at all. I will not be buying from this shop again. Also, be aware, if you want to exchange something you have to pay again for shipping. Basically, if everything fits, jolly good, but if things do not fit, this shop is a trap!

Appalling customer service

Regular customer of TT. Last order DPD said we were out. We were in. Cctv confirmed no visit. They left parcel in drop off shop almost 20 miles away. Rang TT. Man on phone checked their DPD info and picture of house supposedly called at was a bush.

Refused to collect parcel as this has happened with DPD in the past. Had to ring TT three times for update. Man at TT said on phone today that parcel returned and were giving me a refund. I said I still wanted the goods. He ignored that and refunded my money whilst I was on the phone. I explained DPD had done exactly the same thing with another parcel the same week but that company had resent the parcel the next day and I had got it. He still refused to resend the parcel. I went on to say that I was very disappointed with TT as a regular customer I felt I was being penalised and they should take it up with DPD. His response was to say its pointless and cut me off.

Ignorant and rude man. Appalling customer service. The business may have been running for a few years but can't see it lasting much longer treating customers like that.
