Scammer company with intentional payment delay

Terrible company with a lot of lies and intentional delays in payment. The provider filed claims more than 3 months ago, what TSS did was to have a third party, a so-called “insurance arbitrator” to try everything they can to harass the provider to “negotiate”. TSS customer service dared to say that third party is their colleague. When being confronted and notified for a formal complaint about their insurance handling, their customer service said they’ll forward this to claim department. So for more than 3 months, the provider’s claim did not even reach their claim department. So ridiculous! Do NOT use this insurance

Healthcare insurance scam

Scammer company. Created their llc on 4/22/2024 and called me the day after. Looks like they used my information from a recent Ascension St Vincent database leak to try to say that I have a 12k medical bill due and that my insurance didn’t go through. They even sent the bill with my insurance info, date of visit, and exact service procedures. They say they are there to help but I have to fill out a form to prove I am a student and whatever. Funny thing is I have never received such a bill from the hospital itself and I have paid my bill last year. To the average student (like me), don’t fall for these fear-mongering tricks that look well-decorated and legit. To the company, don’t try to sneak up upon my ass again. You are god awful for trying to scam the most vulnerable part of the population.
