After giving up trying to deal with another more local quartz supplier, who kept misunderstanding what we wanted, I found Toucanstone.
Amazing service from start to finish, and now the quartz is installed it looks superb. The price was competitive too. Attention to detail and innovative ideas from Dan when he came to template. Kane was a pleasure to deal with, extremely patient and helpful. Both brothers certainly know how to offer top customer service!

Fabulous company, very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I chose my product the templating and fitting was very fast . Also very well priced compared to some quotes I received.

What a gem of a company. I reached out to this company after being seriously messed about by another company who left us for weeks without a kitchen. Dan came out, measured up and within a week came out and fitted our work tops. Dan and Ellis did a lovely job and were lovely guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

WOW these guys were absolutely amazing! I was recommended them by a friend, and I’m so glad I chose them for our kitchen. From quoting all the way through to installation they were extremely friendly & helpful. The turn around was super quick and Dan & Alfie did an amazing job fitting. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Customer service and response was top notch, have now used the guys at toucan a few times and can’t recommend enough. Always polite, quick to respond and have good knowledge! All round great service and amazing product as usual!

Great product - but terrible customer service.
Failed to deliver, not ONCE but TWICE, even after delivery was confirmed (the day before), and plumber was booked, they changed delivery for the second time and delayed the moving in date and caused a lot of inconvenience, but refused to accept any responsibility. Kept referring back to the fact they had (when the deal was entered into) agreed to make the cut-outs into tops for vanity units (sustainable!) - which was great, but they kept thinking this fact (deal made prior to order) was OK to justify the repeated delays and cancellation of plumber and delayed moving in date (by two weeks!). Please avoid if you want good end to end service.
Cant fault the worktops though - that has to be said.

Kane and Dan have fitted my worktops and I am delighted with the result. A small fault was corrected without question, i love my new kitchen that is enhanced by the quartz tops. They were fitted a while ago only just finished the final details of my kitchen that is why the late review.

Great quality Quartz worktops and good service. Kane (sales) was quick and efficient to get quotations to us for various worktops. Dan carried out the templating and fitting and was very conscious with his work. 10 out of 10 for a relatively new company.

Have used this company on a number of projects and the support, product and workmanship is excellent. Have already got them booked to supply and fit worktops to our daughters kitchen an a few weeks time. Prices always better than the rest. Highly recommended.

This company is fantastic. Kane is so quick at getting back to queries, no query is too silly or too small. I live in London and their showroom is in Essex - but he recommended I went to view the stone at Artemistone in Enfield - which was also a great experience. I ended up choosing a new worktop from their selection and the guys at the stoneyard were so friendly and helpful. Then Dan fitted the worktop a few weeks later - finish was fantastic and they threw in a chopping board from the off cuts and cleaning products. Can't fault them - friendly, professional and efficient.

Toucanstone supplied and fitted our worktops and we can highly recommend Kane and Dan for their helpful advice and prompt answering of any queries.The installation went very well and looks fantastic. We had the Carrara Shimmer worktops which look amazing.

This is by far the best company I have had dealings with. A small business with a desire to deliver big customer service. From start to finished job I can’t find fault. Dan, Kane and Marcus are responsive, professional, friendly and meticulous. In short, an excellent service. Their quote was extremely competitive and they went over and above to provide us with exactly what we needed for our kitchen and utility room.
