Henry was everything you hope for in a tour guide-- knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. He was on time, knew exactly how to navigate the San Jose traffic, and made sure that we were back in time for our next commitment. We went to La Paz Waterfalls and spent time in the butterfly garden, animal sanctuary, and exploring the falls. Henry studied ecology and it felt like he knew every thing about every animal, plant, bug, etc. He kept our kids engaged and answered all our questions. Henry took us to a great soda for lunch (with a view) and then to a local market where we got local strawberries (dessert)! Henry's brother was an attentive and kind driver. We would HIGHLY recommend Henry to anyone looking for a day or multi-day trip. We'll certainly be in touch with him when we return to Costa Rica!

Old San Juan Historic Walking Tour
Kaleb was an amazing guide to Old San Juan! Besides his in depth knowledge on the history and the cultural/political aspects of San Juan and PR in general, he was incredibly personable, very communicative, totally flexible, and an absolute pleasure to spend a couple hours with. As first time visitors to PR, he gave my family and I some amazing tips and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. I am an extremely discerning reviewer and highly recommend everyone to do this tour with Kaleb, he is the best!

Absolute 5+ Stars for Boz!
We chose to book Boz Bozdag as our guide for a Biblical Tour of Ephesus sites at the recommendation of a trusted friend who had a tour with him in the past -- and he more than met our expectations for an insightful, thoughtful and interesting tour of Ephesus, where Apostles Paul and John taught.
His friendly & energetic personality kept us going on a hot, sweaty July day and the "performance" of the speech by St. Paul from the Bible on the spot where he actually delivered it was amazing and impactful.
Our group of 10 friends included a couple who had to slow the pace a bit at times and Boz cheerfully saw to it that they could take full advantage of the tour. I would highly recommend Boz, who also gives tours of the 7 cities in Revelation and other special tours in Turkey. He is talented and a 5 star ++ guide!

Erin is a lot of fun and
Erin is a lot of fun and, equally important, very passionate about the city she lives in. We are considering a second residence in the Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Miami area and thought that taking a "sightseeing" tour with a local (rather than just meeting with a real estate agent) would be a smart move. Erin clued us in to a lot of "insider" information. My wife and I had a great time with Erin and learned a "ton" about the area. Book her!

Best way to see a new city in 1 day
We had great experiences with Tours By Locals in Hong Kong (Alan) and Thailand. Worked great for our party of 4. I usually try to plan visits myself, but with just 1 day to see a city like Hong Kong, it makes sense to hire a local guide.
