TOV Furniture Reviews 

Please be careful when you order from TOV they will deliver a damaged furniture to you and they will refuse to change it or to refund it. Very poor of customer service.

We just bought the Serena velvet large sectional in light Grey we love it!! The couch fits beautifully in our space. It's light and airy and provides just the right amount of style we were looking for. There is plenty of room to host company. The delivery and assembly was fairly quick and easy.
One glitch was that one of the legs wasn't lined up exactly to be bolted in. My husband had to use a special tool to expand the hole so the bolt would fit in.
We would still purchase tov furniture again in the future.

I would HIGHLY recommend to not order from TOV. We had multiple issues, and while customer service on the surface appears to be nice, they do nothing to make customers whole and put the blame on (eg the delivery company) when things go wrong. Examples:

1. The delivery date on the website was significantly different than when we actually received the furniture. I feel like this is done intentionally, to lock the customer in. West Elm, CB2, etc have much more realistic delivery timelines and set correct expectations upfront.

2. When the delivery team arrived, they weren't as careful as we'd hoped. They left marks on our freshly painted walls from their hands and from the furniture box. Their hand marks are super visible on the walls and we sent TOV photos of it. TOV's response was they are not responsible for the delivery company and we should deal with them separately, call a random phone number. Great customer experience indeed, one party pushing the blame to the other. It was not us who chose the delivery company, it was TOV.

To summarize: stay away from TOV and save yourself the headache. Never ordering from them again.

I was working on a project for a client out of the country. I needed something last minute from their furniture inventory. Stephanie was so personable and helpful and went out of her way to help me make my client happy. First stop in the future for sure!!!!

MJ was so helpful!! We had some transit damage to one of the chairs we ordered and we have a replacement coming ASAP. Great communication from the team and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the chairs that came in.

Although I haven’t received my first TOV order I wanted to be sure and thank TOV and specifically Aaron, Aaron has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service and has assisted me in furnishing my space. TOV has absolutely killer customer service. My order was shipped in record time. When the carrier had difficulties delivering to my townhome, Dean took matters into his own hands and got the delivery back on track! His professionalism and perseverance truly made me a POV customer for life. When I received and assembled my bed, unfortunately I was shipped slats for a king bed and not the queen bed I’d ordered. Dean was again quick on the draw and spent an entire day bending over backwards to find a solution. I am so thankful for his help! Of course, I ADORE the 2 products I ordered and am so excited about my new bedroom decor. Thank you TOV, specifically Dean and Ashley, for your great customer service!

We purchased a coffee table, dining table, and stands from TOV last year. The coffee table arrived very damaged which TOV resolved with us immediately. However, the dining table was assembled by the delivery company and seemed great at the time. However, recently when we merely tried to move the 72" Arianna dining table a little, we heard a crack and the pedestal has been wobbling since. At closer inspection, the pedestal was cracked all around. We believe it was delivered this way and not disclosed by the delivery people. The pedestal must have also been damaged in transit or during assembly because there is no reason it should have cracked like that upon trying to move it. When we contacted TOV about this, they denied any remediation since our 1 year warranty ended 2 months ago. They also do not have any replacement pedestals so now we have a $1400 cracked and wobbly dining table.

MJ was super helpful in providing advice to help me remove an unfortunate stain on my beautiful couch! Love TOV’s designs and service.

Horrible company with cheap furniture. They sent me a couch with a leg that was too big so the couch started sagging. Then they sent someone to repair the couch and cut the leg which is was denied. Instead the repairman put a hole in the couch, put a random leg and the problem insisted even with all that. Then they sent me the wrong couch and leg again. Avoid this company at all cost, horrible quality from china. Looks cheap, feels cheap and poorly made.

Update: Your response is riddled with inaccuracies and attempts to deflect responsibility. The manufacturing defect was evident from the beginning, and your so-called "solutions" were nothing but inadequate stopgaps. Sending someone to "cut" the leg is a laughable attempt at a fix, not a professional solution. After waiting three months for a proper resolution, I had no choice but to make do with a botched repair because I have a business to run, unlike TOV, which seems to specialize in running things poorly. Your claim of the couch being used commercially is a desperate excuse to cover your tracks. The fact remains: you sold a defective product and did everything in your power to avoid taking responsibility. Your customer service is as flawed as your furniture.

When it was delivered, in the photos provided you can see the leg was longer than the one “cut” by your idiotic repairman. You’ve provided a flawed product along with flawed service. Cheap ass furniture and it shows.

Ashley was AMAZING!!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my order got delivered and placed. I was moving from Chicago to New York and ordered a dresser and she made sure it was delivered on time personally. She also went out of her way to ensure the delivery went smoothly since my New York apartment was a walk up and check up on me after my dresser was delivered. She was super helpful and has unbelievable customer service!! I will be ordering more furniture from her!!! My dresser is sooooooo cute and great quality. If I could give this a 10/5 I would!!!!

Let me just say, Im not the average customer. My exceptions or high, and I must give the BIGGEST shout out to TOV and LAURYN for her above and beyond superb, caring, and going above customer service. Not only is the Furniture outstandingly beautiful but so was the care given to me as a person, not just a number. LAURYN YOU ROCK AND TOV YOU GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Rena, The associate who has been tracking my order, has been a refreshing experience in today’s world of customer service anywhere. I can’t say how much I appreciated her immediate follow up to my questions. I haven’t seen this kind of Customer Service in years. Thank you so much, Rena. You’re a great asset to your company!

I bought a couch for over $2000. And it has been the WORST purchase. Feathers are EVERYWHERE, the pillows lose feathers like crazy and have significantly flattened down. I attempted to leave a honest review on the company site and it is blocked every time. Please do not trust these reviews.

Wow!! We had the pleasure of ordering some of the best furniture for our office. The quality and speed we received made us feel like VIPs. While I would recommend their all-star, Stephanie in particular, it became evident that Stephanie is on a truly amazing team. Reviews are nice but referrals are even better. This company deserves both.

The dining table I’ve ordered was the nicest, most unique looking and sturdy table I have ever purchased! (I’m in the real estate/staging/design business…)
Also- the white glove service provided was exceptional!

This is my second time ordering from TOV and I my home looks amazing. The kitchen stools, dinning room chairs and new sofa are very strong, beautiful and modern. The customer service was amazing from the moment I ordered to the delivery and after are team. I am sold buying all my pieces from TOV. They also have the best price if you purchase directly from them. I wish I could post pictures of my home here. I am very glad I discovered TOV when redecorating my home.
