From start to finish, my experience with TOV furniture and Chase in particular was 5 star! I actually switched to ordering from them after having issues with another company- I am so glad I did! We love our couch and our delivery was great. We moved across the country and our couch was delivered the day we moved in! Thank you Chase and TOV! :)

What made my experience great with Tov was Ashley. As always, she was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. It is always a pleasure dealing with her.

An item I received arrived damaged, but they were very apologetic and quick to resolve. Katrina in their customer service department was very responsive and helpful. Great to see, especially after several negative experiences with other retailers in recent months.

I ordered three mirrors through TOV and unfortunately one came a little damaged as it has a very delicate grass ring around it. I contacted customer service and spoke with a lovely gentleman named Dean who was one of the most pleasant customer service reps I’ve ever worked with. He stayed in touch through email (which is extremely rare) and within a week we came to a resolution. Due to the size of the mirror and it being hard to ship back TOV decided to send me a new one free of charge without returning the damaged mirror. Some of the best customer service I have ever received from a company. I’ll definitely trust ordering from their website again.

First of all the bring my sofa with a stain I have to return it same day they kept it as store credit so I used it to buy a love seat and a coffee table which for sure they want a lot of money . I was having trouble to use the payment option since it was a credit store. Now after 3 weeks they didn’t deliver it yet they told me it may come in three more weeks which is ridiculous and unacceptable. I was better buying from amazon.

Every aspect of TOV is great. The site is clear and easy to use, the reviews and images really help one to see the details. The communication about delivery or questions are easily answered through the chat FYI. Next the package and care taken is above and beyond..no dings, bends or breaks. Then there is the fact the pieces themselves are well made, comfortable and cool. Last the marketing.... "Don't Be Boring" seals the deal...more people need this tag. Thank you TOV!

Loved everything! I ordered some wingback chairs for my master, dinning table chairs, and two sofas. Everyone loves them. I was able to pair them along with other furniture and decorative! I ordered during the Memorial Day Weekend sale and everything was delivered to our new home in another state on time minus a few hiccups from the delivery company and not TOV.

I have bought several pieces of Tov Furniture. I love the furniture because it is well made , beautiful, great colors and a terrific price point.
Recently, I purchased chairs and I wasn’t happy with the velvet fabric. I reached out and was in contact with their “ AFTERCARE TEAM.” I spoke with Dean several times and once or twice with Mariella and I was incredibly impressed. They were extremely well trained customer service representatives. Dean was very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. It was clear that they had protocol to follow but at the same time it was clear that they wanted the customer to be happy with the purchase. After following the Tov protocols we reached a great resolution to the problem. Thank you so. much to Dean and to Chloe Henry.

My daughter's birthday was around the corner and I had delivered this exact bed from a different website (wayfair) which was more expensive. Wayfair canceled my order TWICE. So I was desperately looking for the same bed , I have never ordered from this website so I was worried. I bought two things from TOV so far - a super cool long fringe lamp, and a concrete side table, both in black.
I am very happy with the products, the communication and the customer service. The designs I bought were postmodern and very current, more so than I could find elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable, and I think great quality for the price point. I am not looking for heirloom furniture here. I think TOV does a great job at what they do.
