This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. I placed two separate orders very close to each other. Both orders were missing items from the shipment. One of the orders I only received one of the five things I ordered. Their customer service is not existent. I sent several emails, the only way to attempt to reach them, and still no response. Buyer beware.

Terrible company

Received an empty package, and refused a refund. They offered a store credit but now I’m afraid to make a new order and get another empty package. I don’t know how it’s possible to ship and empty package with a label and charge someone for it

Caters to Sensitive Skin

I had this brand recommended to me because of my sensitive skin. I love the SOS spray. It helps calm my reactive skin, it's also nice to spritz on when its crazy hot out for a refresh. It also works great as a makeup setting spray. It's a staple product for me now.

I've also used their pressed powder which is nice and goes on smooth & doesn't leave an obvious layer of powder on my face, blends in nicely.

I did try the mascara & was not a fan. I didn't like the wand at all - it made it hard to apply the product. Mascara itself was meh. Probably wont buy it again.

Overall, I like T28's products and the fact that they cater to sensitive skin. I wish they had a slightly larger range of skincare & makeup but maybe over time they will.

Middle of the road pricing, not super cheap but not terribly expensive. I never had to return anything so I can't speak to that experience.

Great Company

I have been using Tower28 mascara for a while now. It's a great natural looking mascara. You can layer it a bit, but you'd need to look elsewhere if you're wanting a more dramatic "false lash" effect. For my purposes it's a winner. It gives me the natural lift and lengthening that I'm wanting without being cakey or clumpy.

I have also recently fallen in LOVE with their SOS Vanilla lip softie treatment. Applying it has become part of my nighttime ritual. I only ever put it on once a day, and now I go throughout my days with soft, moisturized lips, even in the dead of winter.

Like I said, I've been purchasing from this company for a while. But I never thought to leave a review till now due to a recent experience with a return/refund. It was WAY too easy, and the refund came SUPER quick. My mind is perplexed as to how someone left a bad review about their return experience. But we all have different experiences, which is why I wanted to share mine. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and as long as I keep receiving this kind of top notch customer service, I will keep coming back.

WONT START A RETURN

I bought two of their cream blushes. I found that the colors looked odd on me and emailed them to start a return. I have sent 4 emails now and they have yet to respond. I even sent an email to my husband to make sure my email was working. He got it just fine. It has been almost two weeks now. Buyer beware!!!

A few months ago I have purchased from…

A few months ago I have purchased from Cult Beauty a blush.Although it is a lovely long lasting product, the package simply broke (hinge area) from opening and closing the box. I have written a review on Cult Beauty regarding my opinion about the product plus the issue with the broken box, but my review has not been published. I have written a second one,we will see if it gets published or not. I find it disgraceful to refuse to publish an honest and accurate review that fully reflects a customer's "interaction" with a product that for sure already had an issue to begin with. FYI: the product has not been dropped, mishandled, mismanaged, etc, but used 10 seconds a day and not even every day. I would have expected Cult Beauty to contact me and ask for further infos, but they simply dismissed my review since that brings them no benefit. I would highly recommend to find additional retailers to buy from, since my last order on CB has been placed a while ago, for good.
