I purchased an authentic spare part for my Ifor Williams HB401 and my initial experience with Towy Trailer Centre has been fantastic. I received valuable assistance over the phone, and the product was shipped promptly, arriving in France just a week later (after covering the VAT customs charges). I wholeheartedly endorse this site and will confidently place future orders!

Unfortunately, due to an error in the listing on their website I thought I had purchased 4 units when in fact I had only purchased two. After a couple of phone calls the matter was sorted amicably by their customer service department which was first class. This is a small company who I would definitely recommend for great prices and service.

I had a brake light failure with my tow are wiring. Dropped into Towy Trailers today without an appointment and was dealt with almost immediately. The problem was traced to either a loose fuse or loose wiring connection, and was then fixed cheerfully and with NO CHARGE. I would have no hesitation in recommending this family run company.

Ordered the led light conversion kit for my ifor Williams 506 so easy to install and so happy with them look so much better and safer..

good quality good value good idea.

Part way into a 4 hour return journey with a trailer I had just purchased I unfortunately broke down due to the trailer being in poor condition. Thankfully Will came out to us at the roadside and was able to make some repairs sufficient to get back to their yard. They then worked into the evening to get it fixed so we could continue home. This is above and beyond and shows they genuinely care which is hard to find these days!
