Have not responded to me about returning an item I never even opened. Completely unprofessional I’m a paying customer. Still waiting for the follow up email so I can return this product

I would not recommend Toyota Parts Deal / Original Parts Giant based on my experience.
My order became stuck in the FedEx system for an extended period and was never successfully delivered to me. What made the situation especially frustrating was the lack of assistance from the seller. I attempted to get the company to investigate the stalled shipment with FedEx, but I did not receive the help or response needed to resolve the issue.
I ultimately had to open a dispute through PayPal and go through a lengthy process just to recover my money. After reviewing the case, PayPal decided in my favor and refunded me the FULL amount.
The entire situation caused weeks of unnecessary stress and frustration. Shipping problems can happen with any company, but customer service and how a business responds when something goes wrong makes all the difference. In my case, I felt I was left to deal with the problem myself.
Based on my experience, I would think twice before ordering from this company, particularly if you're purchasing expensive parts. Keep all of your emails, tracking information, receipts, and payment records in case you need them later.

Their Online system is not always acurate. They ship a part dont expect to return it even if it faulty or not a fit for your vehicle when their system shows it is. Shipping charges are on you and then they want a 20% restocking fee. No thanks. Better go Amazon or hit a parts store.

The product page showed four Toyota rope hooks along with mounting hardware, but the description and specifications did not clearly state that only one hook was included or that the bolts were not included. I ordered based on how the item was presented and received only one hook with no hardware.

The listing should clearly state the quantity included and exactly what comes with the purchase. The current presentation is misleading and could easily cause other customers to order expecting what is shown in the product photo.

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I contacted support to ask a completely unrelated question about my order. Instead of answering my question, the representative completely misunderstood and just canceled my order without my permission. This is incredibly unprofessional and lazy support. I will not be ordering from here again.

Beware, this company will scam you! They raised the price after I paid for it. I received an email claiming the estimated shipping cost did not cover the shipping cost and they increased shipping by over 100%. And they are holding the item until I pay $17 more. This puts the item at 50% higher total cost than the dealership, which I could have driven to to pick up by now. Others have had similar price raises. I wish I saw their reviews before buying from this company.

Easy to order the product.
My only complaint is that I ordered 2 rear shocks for my car, and the delivery was made individually, so one arrived when the order said, and the other arrived like 3 days later.

Absolutely the worst parts vendor and worse customer service I have ever experienced! Be prepared for an epic button pushing and selection to get to the department you need on an order issue. I was disconnected 3 time after being on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. I ordered 2 parts and only one was in the shipping box. Packing list stated it was in the box. Tried Chat and was passed off through 4 people with no response till someone actual responded. No help though. All I want was the missing part. Instead they said they don't do that?? They refunded the cost of the part and told me to reorder it!!! Why would I pay shipping twice?? Lost my business.

I ordered a part from ToyotaPartsDeal.com only to receive an email at a later date saying they had raised the price on the item AFTER I had submitted the order and wanted me to pay the additional cost before they would ship. That is just bad business. I paid the price you had listed. If cost went up, then you should charge that to future customers. Not hold existing products hostage for more money.

You've lost a customer over a $6 price difference. This isn't about the amount—it's about honoring the agreement. I was quoted a price, I placed my order, and I paid that price. After the transaction was completed, I was told I would have to pay more because your cost changed.
I've never experienced a company changing the agreed-upon price after accepting payment. The right thing to do would have been to honor the original price. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience, and I'll be sharing my experience with others.

They had exactly what I needed for my Toyota Camry. Once I ordered it, I was sent several texts to let me know that it was sent out and then what day it would be delivered. Very happy with my transaction with this company.
